• Pay bills (airtime, data, electricity, cable TV, education fees, etc.)
• Transfer funds to other users and bank accounts

• Refer friends and earn rewards
• Play games and earn points
• Access virtual bank accounts

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use BillerPoint, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use BillerPoint to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Upload or transmit malicious code or viruses
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's security or functionality
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

5. Financial Transactions

5.1 Wallet and Funds

BillerPoint provides a digital wallet where users can store funds. Funds in your wallet are held in a designated bank account and are not insured by the FDIC or any other government agency.

5.2 Transfers and Payments

You authorize BillerPoint to initiate transfers and payments on your behalf. All transactions are subject to our verification and fraud detection processes.

5.3 Fees

BillerPoint may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to:

• Bill payment processing fees
• Transfer fees
• Savings account management fees
• Game participation fees

All fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. Fees are subject to change with prior notice. All transactions processed through BillerPoint comply with Google Play Payments Policy and the Central Bank of Nigeria’s fintech regulations.

5.4 Referral Program

Our referral program rewards users for inviting friends to join BillerPoint. Referral bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Both the referrer and referred user must have active accounts
• The referred user must complete a qualifying transaction
• Bonus amounts are subject to change
• Abuse of the referral program may result in termination

6. Games and Rewards

6.1 Game Participation

BillerPoint offers games that allow users to earn points and rewards. Games offered on BillerPoint are skill‑based and intended for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute gambling and participation is subject to:

• Minimum and maximum contribution limits
• Daily and weekly winning limits

6.2 Points and Rewards

Points earned through games and activities may be converted to cash or used for other rewards. Points have no monetary value until converted and are subject to our conversion policies.

7. Cashback Program

BillerPoint offers cashback on qualifying transactions. Cashback is subject to:

• Minimum and maximum cashback amounts
• Expiration dates
• Terms specific to each transaction type
• Our discretion to modify or cancel the program

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BillerPoint, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of BillerPoint or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

10. Third-Party Services

BillerPoint may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• VTpass for bill payments
• Payment gateways and banking partners
• Analytics and monitoring services

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at billerpoint@gmail.com. You will be responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations.

11.2 Termination by BillerPoint

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Repeated violations of our policies

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to BillerPoint will be suspended. Any funds in your wallet will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees, subject to our verification process.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

BillerPoint is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillerPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BillerPoint harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of BillerPoint after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial.
